Frequently asked questions

1. Contract Between the Buyer and Mas Logex. We will send you our company card and you will
send us your draft contract. (Please do not add a warranty clause – we are not the
manufacturer, we can only provide you warranty to the extent of manufacturer’s warranty)

After that, we contact the Seller, ask for a quotation and they send us a proforma invoice. We mirror
their proforma invoice and add our commissions, fees and issue a proforma invoice to your
company.

1. Total Invoice < 10.000 EUR = 500 EUR fixed commission.
2. Total Invoice > 10.000 EUR = %5 commission or  > 300.000 EUR = %4
3. Delivery is not included in the commission, you should contact your carrier for the delivery of
the goods from country X to Turkey to country Y.
4. Payment Terms are mirrored according to the seller’s payment terms.

1. After we receive your payment, we cut our commission and pay the seller.
2. Seller prepares the goods, and when the goods are ready, your carrier picks up the goods
and brings them to Turkey.
3. Here we organize the paperwork, handle the customs clearance.
4. Once your carrier is ready to pick up the goods, we give them the shipping documents and
Voilà, the rest is between you and your carrie
